Motivation

I find that sometimes motivation in my life is lacking.  More often than not, I st around reading quotes or inspirational stories looking for some get up and go in my own life.  What I find is that these things have starting power but not staying power.  Could it be that finding my motivation in Christ is the only way to begin something and sustain it.  Looking back my life is full of partially finished projects and plans.  I have always been decisive which leads to a lot of ease in heading down a path on a plan or project.  Why can't I follow through?  Why do I lose my fervor right before I finish something.  Am I more interested in the process than the completion?  What is it that motivates me in the work that I do?
